"SOME GAME NAME"-RELOADED
"SOME GAME NAME"-Full RIP
etc
what does this bolded words stand for...

RELOADED :- this is some group (of some people) which releases pirated games . Not sure what their speciality is.
FULL RIP :- I am not sure , but I think its a game that is highly compressed , and from which nothing has been removed.

Nope. a RIP is a game from which stuff (music/video) has been ripped (removed ) to make the download smaller.
