DVD ReWRITER (SAMSUNG SH-W162 C) PROBLEM >

hi all

this is my first post . last week i bought Samsung dvd writer

Model :-SH-W162 .

it got a free installation cd (nero ..) and there was also updates for my model when i updated from net after i found that my system became unstable , so i formated my system and re installed my os after which system stabilised .

{and model no changed to :SH-W162C VTS10.}


now when iam trying to read dvds (movies) some formats r not supported .
is it cos i updated or its problem with writer (i did not play movies bfore so i dont know the problem )

(i am using DVD regional free soft to watch movies )


plz tell me what to do . is it problem with writer or something else .

you have actually updated a wrong version of firmware plz download and update the correct version i.e. ur model no. from samsung web site it will be okay

for u r support now when i am updating my firmware

its says old version .
