DVD not detecting

hi guys there.. my dvd drive is not detecting a particular movie dvd...i'm using vista..what could be the problem? plz help..

may be ur dvd drive lense has some problm...use lense cleaner

The movie dvd is original?

If yes, then try changing the dvd region.

if lens is the problem then no disc would be detected. isnt it?... this is the case with a particular dvd...its original.. a movie named 'tribulation'

its an original movie dvd .- movie named tribulation... on the disc its written dvd5 so i changed the region to 5... yet its not working
