- Camera is not important.

9. Preferred applications ?
- Indian Language keyboards

10. Primary use of handset ?
- Internet surfing.

11. Any specific mobile phones in consideration?
1) Micromax Ninja A87
2) Nokia Asha 305
3) Micromax Ninja 3 A57

12. Any other info that you want to share
- I am buying this mobile for my mom.
The only thing she needs is bigger screen to read the webpages properly.
The battery backup should also be decent if not great.

But A87 is having bigger screen and better battery backup, isn't it ?

it doesnt make sense getting a 2 mp cam on a 1 ghz processor.
and also its stupid ad taking a dig at my dear galaxy y irritates me :-x
and A57 somehow feels VFM.

256MB ram. remember once the OS loads up, free ram will be around 50MB, maybe less. and that can cause slowdown and a bunch of other performance issues.

why not Spice Mi 355?

avoid spice .
their handsets have serious network issue and pathetic call quality.personal experience .
