My friend has recently shifted to Chennai and requires a Dual Sim mobile.His Budget is around Rs 15,000.His Main Requirements are
1.Dual Sim
2.A good Touch screen Interface
He doesn't care if the phone has a camera or not but the above two are a must
I wanted to know which is the best phone available in his budget meeting his requirements.
