Dual monitor - Help

Planning to add a second monitor, S2216H to my existing rig (check my signature). This is for work purpose, not for gaming. The most graphic intensive thing I would do is watching videos and image editing.

My motherboard (I have no dedicated graphic card), does support only one monitor. To use the second one, I need a graphic card which should support dual monitor (extended). Since I have to overshoot my budget to accommodate S2216H (yes, even after this big dushera discounts), I am not eyeing for a brand new one and also I am looking to upgrade my cpu (i3-6100) in the near future I don't want to go for a brand new graphic card.

Minimum requirement I need is one HDMI (for new one - 1920x1080), one VGA connector (for old monitor 1440x900), if possible 3rd monitor support. GT210 costs about 1k (price referenced online), GT610 costs about 2k used, I feel it's not worth the price for a used one. I like to stay under 1k budget as this is just a temporary solution until I upgrade my CPU. GT210 supports two monitors. If I need a triple monitor support, GT710 is the cheapest I could find. Since it's fairly new, finding in used market and in my budget is impossible.

I will try and get it locally as online option will put me in a position to pay for shipping and since it's used I can check it in person and if possible to try it once before paying.

Do I have any other option other than GT210 in the budget? What do you guys say about me sticking with a used basic graphic card for my purpose?

Finally, bought S2216H. Super glossy. Even under fluorescent lamp too much reflection, like a camera LCD/mobile phone display. Grey looks little warmer than my previous one, tried to fiddle with the presets still looks warm.
More space in, fonts looks super crisp, like it.
Now I should start hunting for used video card for dual monitor support.
