Hi i came to know that only A/V receivers can decode DTS-HD DTS-MA and so on.
Also if a pure hd movie which can transmit the audio only through hdmi not optical. if its true then wont i be not able to enjoy in 5.1 setup with out A/V reciever.
Let me know difference in optical the usage when compared to hdmi.
in certain cases audio card in pc also give output to a/v does that limit the orginal.
