Could anyone suggest me any good online drupal learning sites.

I need to create Job Portal kind of site through it.

I need the suggestions at the earliest.

there are lots of tutorials available.. check in Lullabot | Drupal videos, training, consulting, and guidance for basic things..

I am also a Drupal developer, i have lots of tutorials on this.. (around some 8GB). if u need those PM me.. i too stay in Bengaluru..
