I am using a PIII ,512 MB SDRAM with XP Pro. Recently I upgraded my hard disc and took a clone using Ghost. I kept some free space while installing my new hard disc and made partition afterwards. The system assigned letters after CD Drives for these partitions. i.e. G:,H:,I: are CD Drives and J: and K: are the newly created hard disc partitions. Can I change the drive letters so that CD Drives are at the last?

You can also load up REGEDIT, go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\MountedDevices\DosDevices\C: and change them there.. It will happen once you reboot the machine.
The \DosDevices\C: is for the C drive and so on.
