download manager for S60

is there a download manager for S60, like right now if you use browser (opera mobile/mini or inbuilt in S60) and if the file is SIS,txt, or any thing as a matter of fact its executed by the pro gramme its associated to.
what i need is there any program were if i go to a page to download it lets me save the file with needing to execute it.
i am using unlimited GPRS connection so i need a download manager for S60

Fget isnt available for s60v3. Use dvget with python.
