Does HDMI cable give better quality than DVI?

Googled for this but havent found anything definitive.
I have an ati HD 5750 card and benq G2220 full HD monitor.. I run pretty much everything at 1920X1080 res. Currently using a DVI cable. Will shifting to HDMI cable provice any VISUALLY noticable differences in quality??

A small addendum:

The only advantage HDMI has over DVI is that it can carry Digital AUDIO signals as well, useful only if you're connecting a STB to your TV.

DVI and HDMI both transmit digital video signals , so expect no change in clarity.
