Display on LCD monitor flickering/trembling intermittently-please help

I have a Samsung 20" LCD monitor that is nearly 2 years old.Its LCD panel had developed some dead pixels and so it was replaced by Samsung a few weeks earlier. It had been working perfectly since then, but from this evening the display has started to flicker(i think "shaking" would perhaps be a more appropriate word) intermittently for no apparent reason-it happens once or twice every few seconds and then starts working normally again.I thought it was happening because its DVI cable might have become loose,so i disconnected it from the monitor and fixed it tightly back again, but unfortunately the problem still persists. Can anyone tell me why is it happening? Is the monitor malfunctioning and do I need to inform Samsung about the problem?Does it have anything to do with my graphics card?
