Disk Management partition not deleting

Hi ! to all Masters,
i m trying to format now but in disk management i cooldnt delete partition on rigt click because its disabled.
Please help me...

hope u are logged in as Admin user with rights to work with Disk Management..

You wont be able to do that with C: and\or with the drive where you have Pagefile\Hiberfile\Windows XP....... so do it with some bootable cd, you can also use the WinXP CD to do that......
