Dirt 3 not running

Hi all.

When I start Dirt 3, it loads properly but at the screen in which we have to press "Enter or Start to continue", nothing happens even after pressing enter key....

This is happening from last time the game got updated(about a week ago).. What is a possible solution to this?? I dont want to reinstall it as it will again take ages to download from steam...

1.No need to press enter if you have a controller. Press START on controller.

Or

2.with any x-box360 controller emulator, assign a key for start button of controller and start.

I dont have any controller... and earlier it worked perfect, its happening from the time I updated it...
