FIFA 15 does NOT run with a dual core processor, no matter if you have it clocked at 5Ghz! It needs 4 cores.

Source - Veteran FIFA player. Learnt it the hard way :)

Here's what I would recommend - Intel Core i3-4150, XFX Radeon R9 280, Thermaltake Versa H22 - System Build - PCPartPicker

Intel i3 - 4150
MSI H81 motherboard
GSkill Ripjaws 2x4GB DDR3 RAM
XFX R9 280 DD GPU
Samsung 850 EVO 250GB SSD
EVGA 500W PSU
PC Case - your choice

It's $50 more than your budget but well worth the money spent. You could add another $70 and get an i5-4440 instead but that would shoot your budget up to $625. The i5 would serve you longer and better for each and every game out there though.

Virtualbox? Performance isn't good.

Do yourself a favour. Go check hackintosh sites like Tony x86 etc.

The thing to decide while building a hackintosh is the motherboard. Motherboards require very specific DSDT files (config files) which make onboard features like audio etc work. But these files are available only for some motherboards. Gigabyte mob's usually have good support in the hackintosh dev community. Go there, they will recommend motherboards.
