Desktop fonts messed up

I've encountered a funny problem. I used a software called FontFrenzy to remove unnecessary fonts (DeFrenzy) from my system. When I restarted, all the text on the desktop was italicised. After sometime, I found out that the Arial font family was set to italics and the Segoe family was set to Bold. I have tried everything, yet I am unable to change it back and my Desktop looks ugly.

Please help...

Just guessing:
go to control panel > display > appearance > advanced. Now play with the settings here , see if some font is italicised

OK, I'm talking about Windows 7...now?
