Right off the assembly line
I would like to buy all the components for a desktop including the UPS with a budget strictly below 29K as a computer table is also needed. Please help.

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans:The computer will be mainly used for gaming with mid end resolution and animation.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans:Strictly below 29K.Please include UPS , and a decent graphic card

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans:No

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:Windows XP

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans:500GB

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans:HDMI or a DVI input monitor whichever suits the budget.18.5" will suffice

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans:None.I need to start from scratch including UPS,cabinet and also including a table for which 1.6K has been saved

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans:Next week

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans:Tes

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans:I am open for online shopping

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: With the budget I think core i3 2100 would not fit in.If this is the case which one is better? AMD A6 3500?or AMD Phenom II processor or Intel G620?
If a mother board with USB 3.0 will be present it woud be excellent.

AFAIK, the Intel core i series of processors don't have native support for Windows XP. This has something to do with the HDD drivers available. When I got my Laptop a year back (Dell Inspiron N4010 with Intel Core i5 540M-First Generation), I installed Windows XP SP3 in a Dual Boot Configuration with stock Windows 7 Ultimate, but the experience was like a hell. I even installed the required HDD Drivers, but all in vain. The Windows XP didn't respond well, was tiringly slow on a rather new config system with 6GB of DDR3 1333 RAM installed. At last, I had to remove it and install Windows 8 Consumer Preview.

You could get a Corsair VS450 PSU for that price. I got one about 10 days ago.

Please suggest a graphics card around 4k as 6670 will increase the budget to 32k wich is too high,Max is 30k

@manup1234: by getting an intel pentium g620 processor you can decrease your budget. Rest of the config looks quite good for your requirements.

Then try to get HD 5670 512 MB GDDR5 version which will be around 4.2K. Otherwise try to get the GT 240 1 GDDR5 from Zotac. Price will be around 3.6K
