Desktop around 25k.. Plz Help

I am planning to buy a computer (in kolkata) within few days.
My budget is around 25k.
I have made a list of the items,kindly advice me whether these r good or not and if it needs any change.
And kindly quote the price if you know plz.
N.B. I haven't selected any GPU coz i will upgrade that later.

MOBO: Gigabyte MA785GM-US2H or MA78GMT-US2H / Asus M4A78LT-M LE
RAM: 4GB DDR3 1333/1600MHz
HDD: 1TB WD/Seagate (64MB Cache)
LED: LG 19" LED / Benq G922HDL 19" LED
PSU: Gigabyte Superb 460WT
Cabbi: Coolermaster CM310
DVD: Asus
Mouse+KBD: Logitech
Speaker: Any

Get FSP Saga II 500W @ 2.2k. Best deal IMO

Go for 1333MHz RAM as I doubt 1600 will be supported by any of those MoBos.

^^ got a catch. the board GM-US2H is AM2+ means DDR2 only. but AM3 proccy will work fine after a bios update.

but DDR3 1600 ram will work at 1333Mhz on the AM3 boards & may further require tweaking voltage & latency in bios.

Better go for 955 instead of 945!!

Firstly remove Gigabyte MA785GM-US2H from your configs. It is a DDR2 board.

And here is the config.

2*2GB Kingston/Gskill/Corsair 1333Mhz DDR3 RAM @ 3k
500GB WD Caviar Blue @ 1.7k [go for Caviar Blue instead of Green]
Benq G922HDL @ 7.5k [your choice..personally I'd rather go for a Full HD monitor in this budget instead of making LED-backlit my top priority]
Gigabyte Superb 460w @ 2k or FSP Saga II 500w @ 2.2k [Cooler Master PSUs to be avoided]
LG DVD Writer @ 0.9k
Mouse + Keyboard combo @ 0.5k
Cooler Master Elite 310 @ 1.5k [CM Elite is more than enough]
Speakers of your choice @ 1k

Total = 26k

Going for an AMD Phenom II X4 945 will extend your total by 1.5k and 955 will extend it by 2.7k.
Lastly, do you need SATA3 6gbps and USB 3.0? If yes, then look for MSI 880GMA-E45 and Gigabyte GA-880GMA-UD2H @ 5.4k

Cooler Master PSUs to be avoided. Try going for Gigabyte instead of Asus. DDR3 RAMs have become cheaper than what you have quoted.

Price of AThlon II 635 is 4.37K, 500 GB HDD is 1.6K, Gigabyte GA-880GM-UD2H is 4.1K, Kingston 2 GB 1333 MHz modules are priced @ 1.55K and price of Phenom II 955 is around 7K. For shops, go to Vedant Computers, 26 G.C. Avenue.

Avoid WD Caviar Green. Go for WD Caviar Blue or Seagate 7200.12.
