Cousin's HDD took a=just under a month to replace [Laptop was out of warranty]
My phone [Dell XCD-35] has take 45 days and counting. They have quoted 60 working [In warranty]

I understand that the phone model is discontinued, but I do fell Dell should be committed to at-least honoring the warranty of every last phone they sell. 60 days is not honoring, its fixing for free.... There *is* a difference. At-least they should provide a standby.
Do post your expericene with Dell. I hope its better than mine.
