Dell vostro 200 upgrade config!

hi guyz i want to upgrade ma Dell vostro 200 slim tower! which is a small business pc i want to turn it to an mid game rig!!

here is the current config! suggest me the best config so that i can play Skyrim

Processor - Intel Dual CPU E2180 @ 2.00 GHz
RAM - 2GB
Motherboard - Intel R 945 express chipset
PSU - 250W ACbel 6036
HDD - 250GB seagate

without graphic card! so guyz can u suggest me a decent graphic card & i know my PSU is not sufficient either ! so suggest me the best config including everything!(cabinet as itz slim tower! , RAm, processor, Graphic card etc) i can spend up to 20K for an upgrade! so that i can get a descent gaming performance!

P.S. you tota config is too old. Consider upgrading the whole system.
I've suggested you TX750V2 only considering the chance of future up-gradation.

HD 6850 will be highly bottle-necked by the CPU of yours. Also TX 750 V2 is a serious overkill, even considering the future upgrades. Get TX 650 V2, more than enough for even GTX 580.
2ndly plugging a big graphics card might be a problem for the Slim tower PC, check carefully if it can accommodate a big card like HD 6850. Otherwise, get a new cabinet like CM Elite 330 or NZXT Source 201 Elite around 2/2.4K

local cabby | ~1.2k
TOTAL | 22.4k

you can go for Sapphire HD 6770 1GB @ 7.2k which will further reduce total cost by 1.5k.

COOLER MASTER Elite 310 with transparent side panel @ 1.8K
Corsair GS700/Corsair TX 650 V2 @ 5.3K
MSI/Sapphire HD 6790 1 GB GDDR5 @ 8.1K (price has been reduced and SMC is offering this price to erodov forum)

Total 18.6K
