DELL Laptop T1558 DVD Drive does not recognise some DVDs

I tried to install FIFA 2011 with my DELL Laptop Model T1558 with DVD Model TSSTcorp TS-633C, but it fails to recognize that particular DVD.
It plays all other CD/DVD but some dual-layer Digit DVDs arent recognised either.

Is the Drive not capable or just faulty?

Try a firmware upgrade.

I think you are missing an alphabet before 6 in the model number.
