Dell 0% tax exemption. What is that ?

I was just playing with some laptop configs in Dell website.. when checking out I noticed this. Did anyone else see that or got their tax waived

Yep. It is available since long. The taxes get reduced by approx 2k for 5-6 days extra of delivery.
