decent rig for 100k?

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans:this computer is for my brother .Programming,moderate gaming.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans:90000-100000 rs.

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans:No.

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans:60 GB SSD.

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans:Yes I want to buy a monitor.Full hd 22 inch led.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans:1 tb hdd,sound system.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans:in a week.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans:This be done by an assembler.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans:I live in Kolkata.I can buy online if the price is good

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: This computer is for my brother,he needs a good 7.1 sound card with digital out and a decent liquide cooling.

Yes... and the budget of 100K is too much for programming and moderate gaming :p.
Anyways if you have money to spend then why not. We can have the things just because "We can have it".

Here are two suggested rigs from me. A lot of components are unnecessary for you requirements but I've included them since the budget allows them.

BTW... You can get a good RIG in around 60K to 70K for your requirements... like no overclocking & moderate gaming. We can opt for mainstream components for processor, mobo, cooling, etc instead of top-of-the line ones and save a lot of money for you without compromising on GFX, PSU, Cabinet, Monitor.
If you want we can suggest accordingly as well. Just confirm.

well you can see my rig in the signature...
i brought this whole rig on this Saturday, remove the hdd and speakers....
it will fulfill all your requirements and much more...

with this setup you can do overclocking too if you want to do so somewhere in the future...

and if you really want liquid cooling which i really think you don't need then replace mouse and keyboard with
Logitech mk320 combo and buy corsair h80/h100 instead of cm hyper 212 evo.
