Right off the assembly line
I have PC purchased 2 years before as ASUS P5E motherboard , Intel Quad core processor , 2 GB of DDR2 800MHz RAM, 350X2 GB SATA as RAID0, GE Force GTX 8600, Cooler Master cabinet and smps.
It runs windows 7 ultimate 64bit.
I have not done any bios upgrade.
The PC runs very slow when I use adobe photo shop cs5 and or Corel X3 for designing huge (10 feet by 10 feet ) banner/flex.
Obliviously the problem is with memory.
I want to upgrade to 4 GB DDR2 1066MHz; The Kingston kit will cost me around Rs.5200/- But I have seen on many online forums that there are problems with 1066Mhz RAM. (KHX8500D2T1K2/4G *www.ec.kingston.com/ecom/configura...kingston.com/india&ktcpartno=KHX8500D2T1K2/4G )
Can you please suggest me whether I should buy new 2X2GB 1066Mhz Kingston Kit and throw away my old 800Mhz or by 2GB addition 800Mhz RAM.
The graphics card I am using is very old and I want to upgrade with two ATI/AMD graphics cards with Cross Fire. Please suggest 2 graphics card which can be crossed fire on ASUS P5E within range of 8 to 12 thousands.
