Some possibilities:

1. You have the memory clock manually set at 333/667 in BIOS.

2. The RAMs are 667 types. In the days of DDR1, I encountered some Zion RAMs that were labeled as DDR400 but were actually DDR333. Some were detected by the mobo as DDR400 but could not run stably at that speed. The clock had to be set manually for DDR333 (basic clock 166). Others were labeled DDR400 but were detected as DDR333.

Does it happen only in dual-channel mode? What happens when you install only one stick?

Only option in bios is to select timing manually(CAS , RAS etc)

[I am afraid to change cas , ras timings ]

I found option in bios "Dram Freq " current it is set to Auto

there is option to set 667 /800/1066

if i manually set it to 800 will it cause any problem to my system or ram?

pls:chk pics in 1st post for more info abt my MB , i can upload more pics abt my system spec if u want

thanks

Maybe due to mismatched sticks?
The SPD data on both varies a lot.
One stick is rated DDR2 800 at 5-5-5-18 and one is rated DDR2 800 at 6-6-6-18 as in the cpuz screenies.

Please set the RAM speed and timings manually and check.
Set it at 800Mhz and 6-6-6-18 and check for stability.
You may also try running both sticks at 800Mhz, 5-5-5-18 but it is very strongly recommended to test stability before you settle for tighter timings as one or both sticks in pair may not be able to do that.

Cpu z is telling Dram:Fsp ratio is 2:3 i heard 1:1 ratio is better(google search) is that true ? my bios have no option to set fsp: ram ratio , or is it ok ?
