Data recovery software

recently my windows 8 crashed, attempts to access data through many live os but could not access data from 'c drive' (where windows 8 was installed), nor it let me to format with windows xp,7,vista and other linux os, finally i found windows 7 dragon edition (the customized one) which help me to format my laptop, after installing windows 7 dragon edition,i again install windows 7 ultimate (genuine version)

so there is history about my problem
now i need good data recovery software to recover my data (like photoshop,illustrator,indesign, microsoft office, different video format etc )

so plz suggest me good one which could recovery my data over all
it doesnt matter if software is paid one (if i have buy software)

You can't get the installed version of software, but can get set ups if that is what you are mentioning. Try Recuva.

for your future use download "hiren boot cd 10.1" iso image and burn it on cd, it has mini xp in it and runs on ram, & then use those above mentioned softwares to successfully recover all lost files
