Daily Motion Blocked?

Hello
I was trying to open Dailymotion - Watch, publish, share videos but it said "Access to this site has been blocked as per Court Orders"
WTH?
Is anyone else facing this problem? Are the court orders issued by any chance from the 'Indian Supreme court'?

Are you using google's DNS ? Because I get the same message with google's DNS (8.8.8.8), whereas with automatic DNS it works just fine.

yse its blocked by some ISP's.. use Proxy to bypass it ..

I am using google dns and it is working.. actually all sites are working.. and pls keep all this blocked discussions in one thread..
