If you consider <30fps then the answer is NO.!!

You should tweak some settings and should be able to play at high settings. However , Ultra requires extremely high-end GPUs.

Even 7850s cant touch ultra settings with over 30 fps..
Impossible with that mobile GPU (altho if u reduce resolution, its another story)
