Hi, there
I am at present using D-Link DWA123B1 USB Adapter to connect my desktop to my home WiFi network. But, the thing is it doesn't seem to work on Ubuntu/other Linux distros. I have already tried all the workarounds to make it work on Ubuntu. So, I have finally given up and decided to buy a new adapter that will work on both Windows 8.1 and Linux distros (especially Ubuntu).
After googling, TP-Link TL-WN722N seems to be best bet for me. Will it really work on Ubuntu out-of-the-box? Are there any other adapters which is cross-platform and costs around 1k INR?
Also, since the adapter will be used only for my desktop, Should I prefer a Interface Card over a USB Adapter? If yes, suggest me a good Wireless Interface Card that will work on both Windows 8.1 and Ubuntu.
Awaiting your replies!
