Hi
For a long time there had been no photoshop tutorial so i thought i'll make one.
This tutorial will help you to Convert a normal picture into a Sepia looking one.

We can transform this into an sepia looking image easily.
As a precaution i recommend to create another layer so as to protect image from a unexpected error(btw,i didn't created
another one as a backup).

Go to layer tab, select the image ,left click on it and select DUPLICATE LAYER.
Next, go on to the CHANNEL MIXTURE(image>adjust>channel mixture)
*img449.imageshack.us/img449/4065/29ob.jpg
Check the MONOCHROME box and adjust the setting.Increase the green by 200%,reduce the blue to 45-50% and red to -75 to -80 %.
This was my setting, u can try other setting unless u r satisfied.
U can also increase the contrast.

Again create an duplicate image of this one(not for back up).I told u how to do it.
Now, we'll have to blur this new layer.
Go to Filter?Blur>Gaussian Blur(though u can choose any other type,i prefer this one)
*img449.imageshack.us/img449/5929/50uf.jpg
Choose radius =5.0 and OK
Go to Layer Palette and Select opacity:40%,blending mode:Screen.
Go ahead with ur own setting if it suits u.
*img449.imageshack.us/img449/6125/65rj.jpg
Ok, we've almost reach there.
Now go to layer>Flatten Image.
Call up the Hue Saturation pallet Image > Adjust Hue/Saturation or shortcut Ctrl U. Tick the colorize box, adjust the setting.
Adjust Hue around 25-30 and Saturation to 15-16.
*img449.imageshack.us/img449/7244/75ut.jpg
Also try adding some texture, Filter>Texture>Texturizer. Sandstone is a good one.
*img471.imageshack.us/img471/7243/scene332red5ow.jpg
DONE.SHORT AND SIMPLE.
Thanks for reading it.
