Create a VPN Server in Windows ?

Hello there,
I was just searching over Internet about how to create a VPN Server in Windows7, and came to know that Windows has inbuilt tools to create a VPN Server. But I was wondering if there are any quick and easy alternative way to create a VPN Server in Windows7. I have tried creating using OpenVPN but couldn't make it. Are there any other easy alternatives, and I know there are. If anybody knows a way out, Plz help me and if possible elaborate the steps

Okay, so with Hamachi, can i share the server's internet? I mean, through Hamachi I host a VPN server at my home, and through my laptop in college, can I share my home's interent ? That's what VPN are for, right ?

VPN's are used for accessing private network securely.you are not actually sharing internet. but u can use the private networks internet.

for VPN server u need a static IP, if you just want to use u r home PC from college, try port forwarding (if u have a router in home). also u may also need to use Dynamic DNS to for easy access.
