I have a Gigabyte Mobo which comes with EasyTune.

The Temps reported are different in Eaytune and HWMonitor.

These temps are after mild Browsing and Media Playback.

Easytune Shows 37 Deg which seems more correct than HWInfo which is showing 45.

Also one of the temps shown by HWinfo is 57Deg which is even higher than the CPU itself. Which Temp is that?

Refer to Snap for more details.

easy tune shows cpu temp (ie socket temp) which is represented as tmpin1 in hardware monitor.

the section below tmpin0, tmpin1, tmpin2 are core temps which are more important than cpu temp. you can check these by using the latest version of coretemp.

why are coretemps more important? you can refer to the below link
*www.overclock.net/t/1128821/amd-temp-information-and-guide
Also the max temp for the phenom II x4 955 is 62 degrees

tmpin2 i think is a faulty sensor. some will say they are vrm temps but i dont think so.
Because.
when you put the computer to sleep and wakeup tmpin2 will show a temperature 10 degrees below initial value and will more or less represent the coretemp values.
