Cpu+mobo+ram

Hey guys my neighbour has decided to upgrade parts of his crappy old desktop..
All he needs are a cpu,mobo and ram..
Didn't put the questionaire as the query is small..

I have thought abt an amd rig with a compatible mobo and 2gb ram kit..
Now here comes the twist, he wants to game on it(STUPID!) and so the mobo has to have a decent IGP..

If possible try to accomodate the athlon II x4 635 in the rig
The budget is around 12k

get Athlon II x4 640 @ 5.2k and avoid asus because its service is crap..get gigabyte board ssb mentioned. also which psu, cabinet, monitor he has.

he has a medium size case from a local company with a 400 watt psu..and a samsung crt monitor running at 1024*768..
