CPU + Mobo around 10k

Hello,

I am planning to build a new CPU.
My basic needs are web surfing, watching movies, little gaming(old games like gta vc which don't actually require high end graphics)

I am from India and my budget is around 200$(10000 INR).

I am looking for a CPU + Mobo. I may upgrade it in the future by adding up a graphics card but presently I have no plans for getting a GPU.
I am also not interested in dual core CPU's.

Things that I currently have,

SMPS Corsair CX430v2.
NZXT Gamma Cabinet.
Corsair Vengeance 4GB DDR3
DVD writer
SATA 160GB HDD,
Acer monitor,
keyboard and a mouse.

If u r buying locally,
same cpu ~7k
change the mobo from gigabyte h77 md3h to b75 md3h ~4.1k
