CPU HSF required (Urgent)

Hi guys, I recently found out that my CPU is heating very badly while playing games. The CPU temps rise upto a maximum of 79 degree celsius when playing games like AC2. So, I opened up my cabinet, removed the HSF, cleaned it and re-applied thermal paste, but no use. It is still heating very badly. I am using the stock HSF that came with my CPU. I think it is not enough to keep my CPU cool as there is no AC in my room. So, I've decided to purchase a new HSF. Now, the most important thing is that I'm on a shoestring budget so I can't spend more than 2k right now. So, please help me out by suggesting a good one under 2k (if possible 1.5k).

faulty HSF. a common complain of most X4 955 owners.

Best buy would be coolermaster hyper212+ which costs around 1.8-1.9K.

get Hyper N520 around ~2k if you can't find then get Hyper 212 Plus

Any other options within 1.5k? Although I mentioned 2k as my budget, I'm not willing to spend that much. I will spend 2k only if nothing is available for less.

CM Hyper TX3 @ 1.2k

for basic OC or no OC, TX3 will work just fine. get those 2k HSFs only if you going to OC.
