No offence but either you live in paradise or are not aware that flash drive prices have moved up quite a bit. Even the lowly Kingston and Transcend 4GB drives go for Rs. 450+ in Nehru Place, Delhi as of today.

i dun know the exact current price or prices moved up, but this is the price for which was quoted almost a month ago, when i enquired for my frens.

8 GB for Rs. 700?? One of my friend got Kingston 32GB Pen Drive for just Rs. 150... from Andaman Nicobar Islands.

they are fake. after formatting, it either becomes useless or reduces to 1~2 GB or even less.
we are talking bout CORSAIR, one of world best memory chip maker with 10yrs warranty.
