Cooler Master 310 Elite PSU

Hi guys
can anyone tell me if the psu supplied with cm elite 310 is good enough for a really basic comp... athlon x2 processor, asus motherboard, no gfx card... also what will be the current market price of a seagate 250 gb hdd?

price difference between 250gb and 500gb is not more than 200-300 bucks. so better opt for 500gb seagate 7200.12 for 1.7k

man its a cabinet(CM elite 310)
you should go for FSP SAGA II 350W for RS1.5K at least
