i have a sandy bridge system (i5) and two zotac gtx 560 ti on sli...can u suggest a cpu cooler and should i add a side fan since my peak realtemp readings are abt 100c for the gpu and 85c for the cpu...also i have one back and top fan (exhaust ) and one front intake fan .should i add a side fan? will it help the cooling?
Those are really high temps, so u better get sum decent cooling else ur gpu will get fried...
Wats ur cabinet..?? jus adding fans will NOT reduce ur temps, there are many factors like surrounding (room) temp as well..
get these..
1.) a good quality CPU cooler (can be air cooler or a entry level water cooling kit) like Hoctua NH D-14 (air cooler), Thermal Right Ultra Extreme (T.R.U.E.) (air cooler) or any of these Corsair H70 (Water cooler) or CoolIT ECL ALC (Water cooler)
2.) good quality minimum 2000rpm 120mm case fans and place them appropriately, use the front and top fans of the case as intakes as well as side, back (and bottom, if there is a provision to add a fan) as exhausts..
and as d3p5kor and gtx260 said, plz provide pics so that we can help u better...
Note: plz DO NOT ignore ventilation of ur components else they will wear out easily...
