Converter??

Hello fellas,
I recorded a FLV(flash video file) while it was streaming on you tube.Now i want it as an mp3.I've tried many converters like smart movie conv,orrg mov2mp3 conv,multimedia2mp3 conv & many more.But i dont seem to find the right software which converts the flv file to an mp3 format.So please help me on which software should i go for??? -Thanks
