Before I start with the tutorial,please try to copy the below text in green and paste it into any webpage(not forums) as it is,i.e,preserving the font size and color.
Ever wanted to copy a post from a forum to your blog?
But the output was just simple text?
Now copy the forum post as it is,includes font,font,size,images,hyperlink and every other content in that post.
Tutorial:
1.Open the thread/post which you want to copy.
2.Find its source(Ctrl + U in Firefox;Ctrl + F3 in Opera)
3.Now use Find(Ctrl + F),and locate the string
Now scroll down a few lines and locate the string
(These two words are called as message tags)
4.Now select and copy all the text in between these two words.
5.Open notepad and paste the text into it.Save this new file as HTML file.
6.Now open this file with your internet browser and you have done it.
Note:If there are many posts in that page,you can end up selecting text from the incorrec tag.To avoid this,you can read the text in between the tags before you make the HTMl file.
