Connecting laptop thru usb....

By USB cable..Maybe.
But transfer is possible by serial cable.

u cant connect 2 pc's thru USB cable like normal ethernet cat5 RJ45 cable...
though u can opt for a USB hub....will allow u to connect more than 1 USB device....

use a usb to usb cable available in your local computer store or baazee.com. the transfer is quite impressive if your comps use usb 2.0 but it works with usb 1.1 too
