that core i5 is much better than any amd phenomII processor but hd 5750 is not too good. if you only want to play games then opt for a better gfx card. most probably you can choose hd6850 @10k and change the psu to corsair vx450 @ 3.6k and get gigabyte ga-880gm-ud2h @4k but if it gets too high on budget then opt for phenom II 955 BE @6.5k . but if you want a better proccy and can invest on gfx card later on then go for that core i5 processor.

Intel Core i5 2400 @ 9.5k
Intel DH67CL @ 6.5k
Corsair XMS3 DDR3 2x2GB 1600MHz@ 2.4k <--Get 4GB instead of 2GB
Sapphire HD5770 1GB @ 7.5k
Seagate 500GB 7200.12/ WDC 500GB Blue @ 1.7k
LG 22X SATA DVD @ 0.9k
Corsair VX550 @ 4.5k
NZXT Gamma @2k

Total --> 35k

However if you can't extend your budget slightly, then AMD config will be better.

AMD Athlon II X4 635 @ 4.3k
Gigabyte GA-880GM-UD2H @ 4.1k
Corsair XMS3 DDR3 2x2GB 1600MHz@ 2.4k <--Get 4GB instead of 2GB
Sapphire HD6850 1GB @ 9.5k
Seagate 500GB 7200.12/ WDC 500GB Blue @ 1.7k
LG 22X SATA DVD @ 0.9k
Corsair VX550 @ 4.5k
NZXT Gamma @2k

Total --> 29.4k

A 120mm Cooler Master fan will cost you 0.5k (LED version) or 0.2k (Non-LED version).

^^ He can better opt for VX550W as it will give you more upgrade headroom and still 2.5k left with the OP's desired budget.... :D

Or else he can go for 1TB HDD.

OP,
Dont u need a monitor, speakers and UPS???

If u can get a GPU later then surely go for i5-2400, its better than any AMD proccy out there.

Intel core i5 2400 @ 9.5k
Intel DH67BL B3 @ 5.7k
Corsair XMS3 DDR3 2x2 GB @ 2.4k
Seagate 500GB 7200.12 @ 1.7k
Corsair VX450W @ 3.5k
NZXT Gamma @ 2k
Sapphire HD5670 1GB GDDR5 @ 5k <---- since you are a moderate gamer (But later you said you wanna run all the games fine..!!)
LG DVD RW @ 0.9k
CM 120mm Non-LED @ 0.2k

Total = 30.9k

If you wanna play all the future games then you should buy a good GPU (atleast a HD6850/GTX 460).
But the suggested HD5670 is not at all bad, i think.
