Complete PC including UPS, Speaker under 20k

I am looking for a config under 20k, including Monitor, UPS, Keyboard, Mouse, Speakers, etc.

Requirements:
* Just Surfing/Office, etc.
* Gaming is NOT a requirement
* Movie/Music (a decent 2.1 speaker or something)
* Good Linux support

I searched around and could think of the following config:

2GB Corsair 1333Mhz DDR3 RAM 1500
500GB WD Caviar Blue 1700
LG DVD Writer 900

Total 22000

However it overshot the budget by 2k, so need to reduce it to under 20k. Also need to confirm whether the devices don't have compatibility issues (particularly unsure about the MB here). Alternatives would also be greatly appreciated. Also if a good PSU could be squeezed in it would be great.

Note: Linux incompatible devices would NOT be appreciated.

+1 for this here. HT 3.0 in AM3 processors on 740G chipset doesn't work on full bandwidth. So, 760G is better.
