Actually the site blindly checks the reqs provided by the game manufacturers, when some low grade system's under the min reqs can also run the game.

For eg : godfather whose min req was shaders 1.x runs also without shaders
Anyway it gives u an idea

I doubt the accuracy too because it says that I can run Quake 4 exceptionally well if I upgrade my RAM to 1 GB. Well, I doubt I can run the game above 30 FPS at even the lowest settings!

Well .. coupled with a AMD AthlonXP 2400+ and 1 GB ddr266 ram i ran the game on a 6600GT at 1280*1024 , high. .. fps was generally around 35-40 ish ... dude ... u've a nvidia card and quake is almost a modified doom 3 to say ... u should do really well ...

Dude u will definately get fps above 35.....

Hey do agree it has some accuracy problem... BUt this will soon be solved...
I myself encounter graphics problem over there....
It was saying ATix200 unknown GPU........
BUt all he sub topics of the graphic card were passed....

Also his site atleast give u rough idea......:)
