Corsair Value select Ram 4 GB - Rs 1250
HDD - WD 500 GB - Rs 3400 ( 250 GB at Rs 3000 dosnt make sense to me if it does to you then save Rs 400 here)
SMPS - Antec Basiq - Rs 1750
Cabinet - Cooler Master Elite - 1800
OPD - Samsung SH-S 223F - Rs 975

some corrections:
instead of ASUS P8H 61-MLX get Gigabyte GA-H61M-D2H which is much better for ~300 more & in place of samsung/lg drive get Asus which is again much better(according to many here) for ~200 more.

BMG ftw!!
About SMPS get Corsair VS450 @2.2K
Otherwise the suggestion of post #2 is good.

Price of corsair 4GB value RAM is 1.1K

Intel G 630 - Rs 3300
Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H- Rs 4300
Corsair Value Ram 4 GB - Rs 1100
HDD - WD 500 GB - Rs 3400
Corsair VS450 - 2200
ASUS DVD Drive - 1000

I would say you better get the Corsair CX430V2 for Rs 2500 rather than the VS450. Im not so confident about that "market or region specific" PSU.

And for DvD drive buy nothing than the Samsung SH-S223F drive, the non oem version, get the one that comes in box with a Nero DvD. There is no drive in the market that has a transport like that.Trust me.Its very very good. I use it for my EAC sessions, even my imported Pioneer drive didnt feel this good.

I never knew that you could assemble a credible gaming PC in a 15K budget! Thanks for the info.

On second thoughts, is this setup okay for playing the current crop of PC games - say COD or Halo. Please, I am just a beginner, so please excuse if any of my questions sound stupid!
