RAM-Corsair DDR3 2 GB @0.8k
WD BLUE 500 GB @3.6k
Local Cabinet with PSU @ 1k
Total- 10.1k

You can reduce the price by getting cheaper HDD . Like a 250 GB at 3k or less.
