If u need a bluetooth, java , infrared handset, I can assure u that it should be a color phone as well.

Well u cud try the SE T-610 phone, its pretty decent and has all features ur looking for.

I prefer the Nokia Ngage QD if your budget is around 6000-6800.It has everything you are asking for and is really good as far as built quality is concerned. Audio output is also far louder than any phone in its category and even better than 6600.
