go for 955 BE. Quad-core. Very good OCing potential (due to its unlocked multiplier). Best thing at that price.
i really don't like the word "gaming cabinet". seriously, you don't game with your cabby.
however, a good cabby would be NZXT Gamma @2k. Good airflow/ventilation etc.
i would suggest you get vx450 @3.5k. you're planning to OC and that's gonna take some extra s**t. Or else FSP Saga II 500W @2.5k if you don't want to increase budget by 1k.
my say is that you'll be safer with the corsair one.

I would say op to stick with ishu's 2nd sandybridge based config if he can go for it. Its way future proof than 955be. Previously i mentioned a 955be because op was going for a 6850 from start.
Now that he isn't, going for a better processor is advisable. Just make sure to get the B3 Revision intel 1155 motherboards.

phenom 925-??? (tell me if u know)
which will be the best when overclocked.....with 880 gigabyte
i dont want to spend much on psu and fan so tell me the ones which will just work
not future proof........
i bought ipod touch 4g yesterday so my budget is cut down to 26k
so i need a professional help,tell me the options keeping everything in mind......
and i appriciate everyones help....thxx
