There's a wide range to choose from in that price class, but since you ask - If you're not far from Old China Bazaar Street, Jindal Computers at 14/2 on that street have their own brand for Rs.250/-. I'm not saying it's the best, but it good, comfortable and durable. Many of my clients have been using it for years. The model is JBM-326BP.
