hi friends, wish you alll happy new year. I have a problem with yahoo service. when i used yahoo messenger i can log in but i cant enter chat room , when i trying so , a massage flashed " your request was refused".
I can access my e-mail account , but cant get into chat room. i dont use any miswords during chatting, whats happen? any solution plz help me.

What is your age? In my opinion, Yahoo chat doesnt allow people below 18 years to enter. Its a new restriction. Its for safety reasons.
The same thing happened with me. Had to create a new account with false information.!!
However, you can use Yahoo messenger as much as you want.
